  20. Sounds picky but these guys DOUBLE the amount of pollution compared to outside the taxi rank – with a single choice.

  29. A bunch of people tried to get the council to compulsory purchase the place so they could knock it down. Its in a great place for business, but yeah, nothing happened in the last 10 years. So crap needs demolishing and a party on its grave.

  35. Hove would benefit financially if they did have a marina like this. Just undercut the mooring fees and create loads of new land for free out of the sea. Why councils around the country don’t allow private business to extend the land in popular locations is beyond me.

  38. Yep, they lie and cheat in order to kill local businesses and then colonise town by town. this time they did it by pretending not to be a Coffee shop at all – by the time they got taken to court they had killed honest local businesses, shame on anyone who gives them money or works for them.

  42. Why councils don’t see how they are judged on supplying the basics we pay for is beyond me. Get the money from somewhere else and bring our loos back for god sake. Must be horrible for pensioners scared to go out in the society they built for us.
