Create safe street beds like bicycle lockers for the country’s homeless living in Brighton

We have invented lockup bike shelters that open or close when you add money, why not have a similar thing for homeless people who need protection from the rain in our city. We could even charge the bill to all those UK councils that send their unwanted homeless people to Brighton.
