In the last few years, a number of children have died because of visiting the Marina at Brighton. Could they spend a bit of their profits on adequate fencing that would ensure toddlers don’t fall into the water because of the gaps in the safety fencing?
Looks like they are well aware of possible dangers, but you can’t protect every from every incident I guess.
