Agree this is a good idea, i mean look how dry the national awards are, these local people should be celebrated in their own towns.
Education would help too. Not many people know what they are actually paying for when buying from supermarkets, its an eye-opener.

You can find cops easily with WAZE – though its not really created to find them to get their help, just to avoid them lol.
On their way already, better is they detect your phone so you get personalised ads.
Not only that but they may one day know WHO is watching them – if Facebook allow your data to be sold/stolen, or whatever they call it.
