… and someone should do an online monthly news update as a graphic novel. There are so many avenues to explore seeing as the graphic novel has become such a popular format. V for Vendetta and Watchmen were better than the films for sure.

Andrews McMeel Universal syndication and others should get together with news international and make an online version of the news in comic format. They would be the best to implement this as they do heaps of comic strips that reflect the news already.

I would buy a weekly comic of the news. Interesting how newspaper comic strips deal with news. They should have a whole page of comic strips that tell the news rather than comment on it, for kids (and people like me) to get a quick overview of what’s going on. Reminds me of this article about comic strips in news.

  4. I remember when oil companies were hated this much. Now its digital overlords in the firing sights. Makes sense to dislike them I suppose.

  5. Agreed. I buy physics books from Amazon, only it recommends science fiction gifts like starwars figures. I mean, this AI is thick as shit. It can’t even find books by the same author when it spams me with recommendations. Needs to be improved as people are getting sick of naff recommendations from amazon and netflicks, it defeats the object and hides more promising suggestions.

  6. Good idea and good point. Ebay’s days are numbered, Bezoz wants the lot.

  7. Early days but this idea is starting to become real, come on google!

  8. Possibly something like this for affiliate links to products on other sites too.

  9. I bet YouTube died inside when they realised they HAD to allow popular ad revenue channels to be set as inactive for dead creators.

  10. Yep, I would pay someone to ensure FaceBook didn’t get to own me after death. Just to stick ads on my grave! Christ!!!

  11. I guess this will become part of the service – the priest closes your socials or sets them to family only, or keep live for others to post comments on. I guess for some like this company, its going to be a big part of the service, if people want it to be as they can grab some milestones and images to use in the farewel and give people a link to their relatives digital lives forever more.

  12. Would be a good service, better than being dumped in the digital graveyard with no pomp. Don’t wanna go there….
