A designated space next to big street bins would be good. People do it anyways, most don’t have cars or access to get bulky stuff to the recycling centre. For those who can’t you can always apply to have them pick it up. But then, people in your street won’t be able to take it off their hands before they arrive, which is a shame. The same flashmob should drop the collected rubbish off outside the mayor’s office, that’s who is responsible, and paid to clean our streets.
Or give the event organisers the clean-up bill and flash mobbers can spend their time doing more fun stuff than community service.
