Sounds pretty socialistic but according to this the value we would all get would be immense. Levelling the land, or at least the spare and commonly owned land may be a good thing once in a while.

Children are also citizens. Therefore, there is no valid reason why they should be denied the right to vote and voice their opinions.
Let’s face it, as long as you live in a society that demands you to be “normal,” you will never be completely free.
