Yes in an ideal world this is a good idea I think. However, teachers choose the grade they are most comfortable with. Which kind of makes sense.

Urr… Nope. School isn’t for making teachers comfortable, it is to give children a rounded education – that is self-consistent and planned to have the best effect. Lol, comfortable, they get enough holidays and paid training days to relax during.

Agree. That way teahers can see if each grade provides the info needed to progress. If only the students go through the entire system then no adults can check and fix the bits kids miss out on to get to the next level. I mean, I missed out on being taught about nouns, verbs etc, Nobody noticed and lots of later stuff make little sense.
