Hmm, in my opinion, Hove is better off with their Lagoon rather than a marina. Why? there are loads of activities and it isn’t just a huge car park for boats and a stack of empty shops nobody will rent, or visit. Laughing dog cafe and boat mooring fees are the only winners at the marina as far as I can see.
