AI does (bad) lip reading. just watches zillions of youtube and learns the patterns, words and gulp, meanings.
Tipping is archaic. it makes people feel bad. These guys have done away with it and others should too.

Early days for lip reading apps and none of them translate to a different language yet, but watch this space.
