Why are these not a thing yet? They are very rare, though there are charity shops everywhere. I don’t get it.

Just found this.., there is an upper limit – but I do like the idea of going online to find bars that are quiet on purpose.

Tipping is archaic. it makes people feel bad. These guys have done away with it and others should too.
