Satellite sharing – allow communications satellites to rent time using existing satellites
I guess some satellites in space are not used all the time, despite there being enough power from the sun to keep them working 24/7. Why not make a satellite that can be hired by other companies to make use of the technology and keep the costs low – that would allow smaller organisations such as university departments do space research or environmental studies from space.

According to a top-voted answer on Quora, you can hire capacity on a large communications satellite for around 200 dollars per hour – which is what big tv channels do…
“CNN, Fox or the BBC will rent 6-8MHz of satellite capacity to get video and audio back from a live news, sport or event. If it is something like a sports event then they’ll rent a few hours…You could be talking about $200 per hour or more for 8MHz.” – Bob Hannent, Innovation Architect. most companies just lease usage of communications satellies, look at https://www.lyngsat.com/ to see the latest bunch of tv stations and stuff share their satellite service providers.
