Since Trump created the SPACE FORCE, there has been lots said about how America’s military-industrial complex will stop at nothing, or nowhere to gain control of mankind’s resources. So, we don’t want a space force we want a space peace corps, to ensure space remains peaceful and accessible to people from any nation. Not my idea btw.

Satellite applications include monitoring greenhouse-gas emissions from companies and regions, helping utilities optimize renewable energy infrastructure and mining data to project how climate change could affect particular industries.
“ESG is becoming table stakes for businesses, and satellite imagery helps fill the data gap,” says Jonas. “Developing technologies from both public and private companies could offer a new channel of information for investors interested in pursuing both sustainability and returns.”

Perhaps Asgardians should take a stand on this one now Trump has left the building. For those who don’t know. “Asgardia, also known as the Space Kingdom of Asgardia and “Asgardia the Space Nation”, is a micronation formed by a group of people who have launched a satellite into Earth orbit. They refer to themselves as “Asgardians” and they have given their satellite the name “Asgardia-1”.

The Outer Space Treaty bans the placement of weapons of mass destruction in space, and establishing military bases, testing weapons and conducting military manoeuvres on celestial bodies. This should be upheld throughout the galaxy.
