They suck at baby-changing areas too. Clean up once in a while guys.
Even public loos beat some of these high-street chains when it comes to caring for their customers – thing is, most of Costa, Nero and Starbucks customers are old and need the basics getting right.
i know more about costa/cafe nero customer experience and brand relationship than they do.
lots of people do. we use cafes the differences between each stands out.
staff are busy at work, buzzing and tend to prefer upbeat music.
customers, though are relaxing, and prefer gentle atmosphere.
you see them selecting where to sit, and how they talk to staff when ordering.
It’s funny. The staff do a great job, language barriers and faff factor become visible
so for regulars it can becomes an entertainment, as we relax.
I guess Costa has seen a rise in sales since the UK started closing down public toilets. Go figure!
Costa must be lobbying for crappy lavs.
