Simple easy and no chains, setup a site for those who want to straight swap their houses with another party. This would help commuters, people leaving the cities and a host of other reasons. This would only work if no money changed hands, straight swap only.
folks that swap houses save a bunch of money, great idea.
The UK has this, but I have never managed to find any suitable homes in my desired area. The more people use stuff like this the better though.
