Looks like a good idea. Would be great in many cities for sure.

I thought this after visiting the High Line in NYC. Cyclists, scooterers and skaters should be welcomed. It would reduce the number of crossings needed in busy inner-city areas and also provide each street with 2 levels of shopfront.
read about this SKYLINE idea a while back, could work in some places. I would use them rather than be stuck amongst all those cars.
