Can we have cross-border leagues in soccer instead of local ones limited to one country? Such leagues can help improve competition and make football even more exciting and popular in regions with a small fanbase.

Africa is in the process of launching a super league.
The U.S did it. There are a few Canadian clubs in Major League Soccer. I don’t see why we can’t have this in other regions.
They are pretty controversial, but let’s face it, they can help make football more competitive.
