Stick a logo of the #app by your registration plate to let people know its for sale – in the app you just enter the registration plate of a car you want to buy and the owner receives the offer.
Someone like these guys could make stack of money out of this idea.
I doubt the app maker could access that info. Unless the car owners submit it themselves, but there is this atm.
