Nothing ruins a good movie like a phone going off mid-scene or rude people who use their phones during movies or plays. So, why not allow movie theatres to use signal jammers to end this problem altogether?
Not everyone thinks using phones in the cinema is a bad idea.
A few countries, like France, allow cinemas to use signal jammers. This should be standard practice worldwide.
