   Here is your answer why this idea didn’t turn into reality – someone will lose out on lots of repair work, something their lobbyists will fight for. Shameful, why not make them the height of kids heads then, to give more work to private surgeons?

   Sort of an obvious idea really but after years, they are still not standard. Worse is that they are an ego thing for big boys with toys. Cowards.
