Could be some software a student creates and donates to help the authorities identify people who can’t or don’t have babies then send them literature on how they could apply.
This is likely on it’s way. Not sure if it needs AI to find prospective parents though as the database of people who are willing to adopt is likely pretty small. This is worth a read though, AI could help potentially.
