Here is a link to a page that compares worldwide lotteries. Looks like some good options on it, though I have never used one.
Been done, well almost a billion. it’s currently dishing out 970 million dollars.
There are a few out there already. Not sure which ones give some funds to charity though. Anyone recommend one with good odds?
