  3. Yeah, I agree, it should be the brand advertised that gets prosecuted, not the skint person doing the work. The law sucks, but nobody seems too interested in making it fair.

  4. Councils could save on the continuous cost of clean-up by installing big community digital display screens where anyone can post an event for free. Just go online and upload your flyer. Have linked to a supplier of big community display screens, but this could work like noticeboards, or like those in bus stops.
