Pensioners get more than half of our government spending. They are only a third of the population. This is how the government try to get some back for the rest of us.
And don’t feel bad about receiving welfare for a decade, especially as you will end up receiving less than those who claim for a decade when they are old and more needy – “About $59 billion is spent on traditional social welfare programs. $92 billion is spent on corporate subsidies. Hmm correlation or causation. tricky to know if retiring early makes you last longer, I suppose it is bound to.

lol, don’t retire its the “easy way out” – Fuck off!
If you can claim welfare then why not – employment can waste your life, damage your body and trash your brain/self esteem – fact.
Even the lords agree this is totally unfair – most of which are well educated pensioners.
Not sure why pensioners get freebies and the rest of us don’t – we all deserve this, so does the environment.
