Someone could make this into a business. They wouldn’t have to be self driving but you would need a way to distribute them to major parts of the city, I guess councils would need to do the infrastructure unless firms delivered them to your home in major cities. For now you can rent them, but not cheap or locally. Here’s a link to a service that does it already.
