If you didn’t check your sources of your fake news, and it harms someone or their livelihood, you have to pay. Yes tabloid media, this means you. People have to be honest or risk the consequences, so should “news” organizations.

I guess its a great idea that this is already a crime they can be sued for. You need money to sue though.
