I’m not yet convinced this is an actual thing, or just an idea. I read this link and I understand our bodies have evolved since we became human, our minds likely have too. Plus culture can dictate how you think, not just instinct. Should we strive to be neolithic man or modern man?

Me too, linking to the book here. It has always seemed odd to me that people forget we evolved to be hunter-gatherers, rather than modern industrialized mankind. Everything about our behavior follows from there.
