   We are likely first to eat the galaxy – problem is, it would take a lot of effort planting life around the solar system, nevermind the rest of our galaxy – harder would be to stop everyone there eating it – afterall, where there is food, we will go. Pls watch and don’t hold your breath.

  Nah, someone could crowdfund a small spacecraft that dropped seeds on reaching any of the new earth-like planets we are finding everywhere. Just donate and wait! Can be done!
