Concurrent voting – change your vote mid-term

A voting system which enables voters to change their vote at any time. Votes are registered or ‘parked’ with a candidate or political party. The voter can at any time change their vote to another candidate or political party. Computer databases monitor the votes 24/7 and maybe once a tipping point is reached, a new election is called.
