A plastic tax is a good first step, but we need a global treaty if there is any hope of addressing the plastic crisis.
It’s disappointing to see large corporations like Coca-Cola opposing plastic tax policies when they should be leading in adopting more eco-friendly packaging solutions.
The UK has a plastic packaging tax, but only for plastics that can’t be recycled.
The EU has a similar tax!

Absolutely agree! As long as plastics remain inexpensive, companies will continue to use them.
