Imagine if every citizen were given a licence to pollute. This would help people identify the current problem we have of allowing industry to trash our environment (as long as they pay the taxman some guilt money).
And this may solve some of the age-old problems of citizen versus business – us and them. (Even if the licence was a fake one created by Friends of the Earth to highlight the current situation).
Good point. If only Got was real and he did watch our actions. Was such a good idea early on before laws took over managing our behaviours.

How will licencing something help towards abolishing it? It’s just an agreement to pay bribe money in order not to be prosecuted right?
