For those in the UK there’s this app but yeah seeing a count of all the smashed vehicles stacked up would make you notice more.

Weird idea that won’t work – but there is this pdf that explains how an app could do it – actually there are likely loads of apps that warn you when you are coming close to a danger zone nowadays
