BTW . never be tempted to put them in the tent or awning. “Barbecues, for example, produce carbon monoxide even when they are functioning normally. Carbon monoxide is a colourless, odourless gas and is poisonous. When highly concentrated it can kill swiftly. In smaller concentrations CO poisoning can give symptoms similar to flu or food poisoning.”

Flat ones are cool but you need to carry the bag of charcoal anyways. I like these simple bucket ones – which you can make cheaply yourself anyways.

Yeah these look good. They are called notebooks, they possibly work for regular small fires too for camping.
