Again, these are only for downloads or online purchases, why not an app that messages you when they are in town buying crap.

With Ask to Buy, you can give kids the freedom to make their own choices while still controlling their spending.

This works for downloads, wouldn’t take much to apply it to card payments while your kid is in town. just receive a message in the app and approve or not.
