Agreed, good idea. Here is an article that backs the idea up. Making it so everyone ends up with the same regardless of their effort or skills is unfair. I remember a Kurt Vonnegut, well Kilgore Trout story where ballet dancers were weighed down with weights to give rubbish dancers a fair chance of winning. Stupid.
